30-Day Return Policy

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us by email at info@shopwithbini.com within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item you received is defective, kindly provide a photo of the damaged product. We will arrange a courier to collect the item at no cost to you. We will replace the item at no extra charge or, if you prefer, refund the full purchase amount to the payment method used for the original transaction.

If you ordered the wrong product and need an exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
