Upon placing an order, you will receive updates on its status and shipping details. A tracking number will also be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Processing and Shipping Times
Domestic Shipping (Australia):
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney)
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Shipping Time: 5–8 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Free Shipping on all orders.
International Shipping:
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Shipping Time: 7–15 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Free Shipping on all orders.
Delivery Costs:
We offer free delivery on all orders.
Our Carriers:
We use Australia Post, StarTrack, Armex Australia, United States Postal Services (USPS), Cainiao, China Post, UK Post, Canada Post, and other third-party companies for deliveries to over 100 countries.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. If you do not receive this email, please reach out to our customer service team. You can also track your order by calling +61433633047 or by emailing us at info@shopwithbini.com.
Failed Delivery:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines the delivery, the package will be returned to Shopwithbini at the customer’s expense. These shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Change of Delivery Address:
Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to modify the address, please contact us within one day of placing your order at info@shopwithbini.com or call us at +61433633047.
Upon Receipt of Your Order:
Please inspect the package and its contents upon receipt to ensure everything is intact and complete before signing for the delivery. If you find any damage or discrepancies, please refuse the delivery or sign for the items as "Damaged," and contact us immediately.
Cancellation of Order:
If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund upon cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to request a refund after receiving the order. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
Gift Wrapping:
We currently do not offer gift-wrapping services.
Bank Holidays:
Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Deliveries will occur on the next working day.
Sales Tax:
Shopwithbini does not charge any additional taxes.
Delivery Time Exceeded:
If the delivery time exceeds the estimated window, please contact us so that we can investigate.
